I’ve been making this for 17+ years and have used it for everything!
I also have plain Calendula & Neem for people and pets in a salve and an oil.
Calendula is good for all things skin, pain, burns, inflammation, anti-aging, its antibiotic, antifungal, antiseptic, astringent, antigenotoxic, analgesic, antimicrobial, antiviral, works like a triple anitbiotic cream, takes the pain of burns and sunburn away in 2 minutes along with bee stings (I just found that out when i leaned on a bee last month) Its so safe you can and 2 babies have, eaten full jars of it!
You can use it to tame frizzy hair like I do or use on chapped lips. My customers have success with relieving arthritis pain Calendula is insanely anti-inflammatory and its a soothing muscle rub. Safe for pets and babies they can eat it all day and all it will do is disinfect their insides! I used it for cradle cap, diaper rash, weird mystery bumps and rashes, everything you can imagine!
I have a salve for pets too, ( this plain Calendula and Neem salve can be used for all pets ) its safe to eat, it helps with dry skin, wounds, fungus, mange, infections, bites, relieves itch so they stop scratching so bites and wounds heal.
I originally made my first calendula ointment for a friend's son who had a worse case scenario eczema disaster. He got staph infections, was bleeding and his skin was grey when it should of been brown. This ointment was the only thing that worked besides toxic steroid creams, within weeks he was healed, I was amazed! Of course we know eczema is caused by an irritant and only removing that can stop the outbreaks (see bottom for important info ) but this ointment healed all the sores, moisturized, kept skin from flaking, disinfected and killed his pain so he'd stop scratching and making it worse ( it great for pets in that way too! ) , and made him look like a normal boy again instead of a startling sight. He went from using it daily to weekly then barely at all, I also gave his mother a crash course on food toxicity which is vital.
